Jageshwar Group of Temples – Connectivity
The Temple Complex is located at about 4 Kms from Artola, 36 Kms from Almora, 99 Kms from Nainital, 100 Kms from Pithoragarh, 122 Kms from Kathgodam Railway Station, 123 Kms from Haldwani, 150 Kms from Pantnagar Airport and 396 Kms from New Delhi Airport. The road to Jageshwar bifurcates from the Almora to Pithoragarh highway at Artola.
The temple clusters begin starting from satellite road branching off east from the Artola village on the Almora–Pithoragarh highway, at the confluence (Sangam) of two streams Nandini and Surabhi after they flow down the hills in the narrow valley. The site is about 3.5 kilometres (2.2 mi) long along the Jataganga rivulet. State transport, and private jeeps and taxis ply from major towns and cities of Uttarakhand for Jageshwar regularly.
