Aranmula Parthasarathy Temple, Pathanamthitta – Connectivity
The Temple is located at about 200 meters from Parthasarathy
Temple Bus Stop, 10 Kms from Chengannur, 11 Kms from Chengannur Railway Station,
14 Kms from Pandalam, 15 Kms from Pathanamthitta, 18 Kms from Thiruvalla, 110
Kms from Thiruvananthapuram and 117 Kms from Thiruvananthapuram Airport.
By Road:
Aranmula is located on the Ernakulam Quilon
railroad. Aranmula is well connected to all the parts of Kerala by Bus. There
are state transport buses to this Divya Desam from the Chengannur bus stand,
opposite the railway station. One can reach the temple in about 30 minutes by
bus.
It is better to take a taxi from the railway station and
cover the 6 Divya Desams in one half of the day. The taxi to cover Puliyoor,
Thiru Chittaru, Aranmula, Thiruvanvandoor, Thiruvalla and Changanacheri
(Arputha Narayana Perumal) will cost Rs.600/-.
By
Train:
The nearest railway station is at Chengannur. Tourists
can hire cabs from the railway station. Buses are also available here.
By Air:
Nearest Airport is located at Thiruvananthapuram. Taxis
and buses are available from the airport which can directly take the tourists
to the Aranmula Parthasarathy Temple.
